Investigators Need Your Help To Find Missing Endangered Adult

On July 11, Jose Manuel Fernandez, 52, of 4503 Sweetwater Lake Drive in Tampa, was reported missing by his wife.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office detectives are now investigating the case.

According to his wife, Fernandez left their home in the morning but never showed up at , 5006 East Fowler Ave., where he works, the sheriff’s office said.

According to his wife, he did not take any of his personal belongings with him. He left a note alluding to possible suicide, the sheriff’s office said.

Fernandez is described as a white male, 5-feet-7-inches tall and 160 pounds. He has a thin build, gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt, tan pants and black shoes.
