MOSI Shows ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2’

Although the midnight premiere is already sold out, is still inviting audiences of all ages to its IMAX Dome Theatre to see “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2,” which opens July 15.

The movie is being released at MOSI as a day and date film, which means it will open on the same day as other theaters across the country.

“We hope all of the Tampa Bay area Harry Potter fans will choose MOSI as their viewing destination for this film,” said Tanya Vomacka, vice president of marketing and corporate relations. “There is not a better way to experience Harry Potter come alive than in MOSI’s five-story Dome theatre, featuring Florida’s largest screen!”

As part of the IMAX experience at MOSI, guests can enjoy expanded concessions at Bar 1570, which is located inside of the IMAX lobby and is named for the type of film used to shoot IMAX movies.

Butterbeer will also be served in the IMAX Theatre concession stands, and MOSI’s Elements Gift Shop will be offering wizard-themed items and science kits for the occasion.
