Registration for 3rd Annual Buddy Run 5K

Registration is under way for the third annual Buddy
Run 5K at Lake Park in Carrollwood on Nov. 3 at 8 a.m.

Proceeds benefit Buddy Baseball,  a
non-competitive league for boys and girls ages 8–22 with special needs, and
Congregation Beth Am in north Tampa.

Register at active.com (search Buddy Run 5k). Awards will be given for
overall and masters (male and female) winners in 5-year age groups from 10 thru
70-plus.

Early registration through Oct. 16 costs $20
and guarantees a T-shirt. The entry fee is $25 after Oct. 16.

There will also be a 1-mile fun run open to
all ages at 9 a.m., with the cost at $10. That will be followed by a free
“Buddy Dash” for runners with special needs only.
