Suspect Sought in Armed Carjacking
The robbery took place at the Laurel Oaks apartment complex in the daylight hours of Oct. 29.
Temple Terrace Police are investigating an armed carjacking that took place around 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Laurel Oaks apartment complex.
According to city spokesman Michael Dunn, a woman was parked in the lot in front of 8725 Orange Leaf Court when she was approached by a suspect armed with a gun. The person forced the woman from her vehicle, got in it and drove away.
While the woman’s vehicle has been recovered, the suspect remains at large.
