Temple Terrace Shooting Victim Critical, Police Say
The shooting occurred in an alley behind CiCi's Pizza in Temple Terrace early Wednesday morning.

TEMPLE TERRACE, FL — The Temple Terrace Police Department is investigating a Wednesday morning shooting that has left one man in critical condition at a local hospital.
According to police, the shooting occurred in the alley behind CiCi’s Pizza, 5771 E. Fowler Ave., in the early morning hours.
“Details are unclear, but based on preliminary investigation, police believe the man was walking home from Lazy Brew Bar & Grill (formerly Graffiti Junktion), 11401 N. 56th St., at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday when the incident occurred,” an email from the department said.

The 31-year-old Temple Terrace resident was found on the ground around 7 a.m. by a passerby in the parking lot of Coca-Cola Enterprises, 5901 E. Fowler Ave., the email said.
“The victim had been shot multiple times,” police wrote.

The man’s name is not being released at this time. He is in critical condition at a local hospital, police say.
Anyone with information about the incident or who saw suspicious activity in the area overnight is asked to call the Temple Terrace Police Department at 813- 989-7110.
