USF Wind Ensemble in Concert: How Do You Get To Carnegie Hall? Opus 1

The University of South Florida Wind Ensemble has received a coveted and rare invitation to perform as a showcased ensemble in Carnegie Hall on March 4, 2014. This concert will feature two premieres: “The Last Full Measure of Devotion,” a tribute to the battle at Gettysburg during the Civil War; and "The Builder" by exciting young composer John Leszczynski. Other composers featured will include: Grainger, Stravinsky, Gould, and Godfrey.
