Police believe the gun was fired to ring in 2015.

A 20-year-old Seminole woman’s New Year’s Eve celebration came to a painful end when she was struck in the leg by a bullet during Busch Garden’s annual party.

According to the Tampa Police Department, the woman was sitting in the park’s Gwazi Pavilion area just before midnight when she felt a pain in her lower left leg. Busch Gardens medical services staff members were called in and had the woman transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital.

An X-ray taken at the hospital showed a bullet lodged in the woman’s leg.
