The BMW he drove crashed into a pole during a rolling shootout, killing a passenger, and he now faces sentencing on October 28 in county court.
3. West Palm Beach man accused of beating woman, stealing her car after $20 demand (cw34.com) — West Palm Beach police and sheriff's deputies say a local man demanded $20 from a woman at a Raceway gas station, then repeatedly punched her and drove off in her Nissan Pathfinder with her phone and wallet inside. Deputies later found the SUV crashed near Fourth Street and Douglas Avenue in West Palm Beach before taking the suspect into custody.
