Galley’s popular three-course prix fixe “Dinner And A Show” menu, priced at $59 per person, is paced for guests attending performances, making it the ideal pre-show dinner or post-show late-night bite.

Adding to the fun, Galley’s culinary and beverage team has created limited-time specials inspired by the quirky cuisine featured in Beetlejuice.

Mixologist Hauk Cornell pays homage to Beetlejuice’s unforgettable dinner party anthem with a tropical island-style cocktail with an eerie twist. While Chef de Cuisine Joel Rodriguez reconceptualizes the iconic shrimp cocktail hands scene with bold flavors and a spicy kick.
