The museum’s open-air Pan-Asian restaurant, <a href="https://morikami.org/cornell-cafe/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Cornell Café</a>, overlooking a serene lake and lush gardens, will feature a tender, slow-roasted duck ($29) glazed with a citrus-orange sauce and served with fluffy cilantro-infused rice and a vibrant vegetable medley. Feeling cheersy? Toast the occasion with a refreshing yuzu mimosa ($10) and finish on a sweet note with pancake bites ($8) filled with silky vanilla custard.
Take your haha ("mom" in Japanese) on a culinary journey to the Land of the Rising Sun via the Cornell Café.
