Moody Tongue Sushi at Hilton West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Meats are collaborating to create an indulgent 10-course wagyu tasting menu and curated beer pairings in celebration of Father’s Day on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20.

Moody Tongue Sushi was awarded a 2026 MICHELIN Selection and Palm Beach Meats was awarded a 2026 MICHELIN Bib Gourmand. Moody Tongue’s Chicago flagship location is currently the only brewery in the world to hold a MICHELIN Star.
Cost is $225 for the Father’s Day Tasting Menu, and additional $55 for beer pairings.
