Hilton's poolside bar, La Playa, will sling the Lucky Pilsner, an emerald green draft beer (12 oz. $8; 16 oz. $10) from MICHELIN-starred brewery, Moody Tongue. For cocktail lovers, enjoy the Irish Maid, a sweet-tart beauty with Teeling Whiskey, St. Germain, and fresh lemon juice ($18). Delicious pairings include chips and dips, crispy flatbreads, tacos, and more.
Guests can enjoy lawn games on the pool deck, and on Saturday, DJ Rocco spinning beats and a special appearance by the Teeling team offering cocktail samples and exclusive swag.
