Daryn Pingleton named to "Top 1,200 Financial Advisors" list
Pingleton has been recognized by Barron's for the ninth consecutive year

Daryn W. Pingleton, Managing Director and Resident Director with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, was recently recognized on the Barron’s “Top 1,200 Financial Advisors” list for the ninth consecutive year. Pingleton is the founding member of The Pingleton Group, based in West Palm Beach, and he has been in the financial services industry since he joined Merrill Lynch in 1987. He was named to Barron's America's Top 1,000 Advisors list from 2010 through 2013 and Top 1,200 Advisors from 2014 - 2018*. He assists clients in developing long-term financial strategies, often guiding high-net-worth individuals and families through complex situations, such as major life transitions and liquidity events.
Pingleton is a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill Lynch model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. When servicing clients through the firm’s Investment Advisory Program, a Portfolio Manager may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis.
Pingleton holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation. He attended Southern Illinois University, where he received his bachelor’s degrees in political science and pre-law. Pingleton does not provide legal advice in his current role. Pingleton and his wife, Kathryn, live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and have two children.

Advisors considered for the "Top 1,200 Financial Advisors" ranking have a minimum of seven years financial services experience and have been employed at their current firm for at least one year. Quantitative and qualitative measures used to determine the advisor rankings include: assets under management, revenues generated by advisors for their firms, and the quality of the advisors’ practices.
