Josie’s Ristorante, the family-owned Italian favorite located in East Boynton Beach, has unveiled its specials for summer 2025.
Starting May 1, Josie’s will offer its Wine Lunch Special, in which parties will receive a complimentary bottle of house wine when spending $40 or more during lunch. This special is available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Also on May 1, the restaurant will begin offering two Take Out Specials. On Tuesdays, those ordering take-out and delivery will receive 25% off entrées, using the code “TAKEOUT” at checkout. On Thursdays, those ordering take-out and delivery can buy one entrée, and get another 50% off, using the code “BOGO” at checkout.

Throughout the months of May and June, Josie’s will offer its Cannoli Check In promotion. Guests who take and post a picture to social media of the “leave the gun, take the cannoli,” neon sign will receive a free cannoli. Guests must tag Josie’s in their posts. Requires a $25 spending minimum.
On May 15, Josie’s will bring back its Chicken Parmesan Special. With this deal, guests can enjoy Chicken Parmesan, a Petite Garden Salad (swap Caesar for $2 more) and Garlic Knots for just $15.99.

Weekly happenings including Meatball and Martini Monday, Wine and Warrior Wednesday and Live Music Nights will continue throughout the summer. Every Monday, restaurant guests can enjoy $3 meatballs and $4 off all martinis. On Wednesdays, two specials are available: Wine Wednesday and Warrior Wednesday. On Wine Wednesdays, all wine bottles under $80 will be 40% off. On Warrior Wednesday, veterans and active-duty military personnel can receive 25% off one entrée. Available for dine in only. Plus, customers dining in will enjoy live music from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
