Gregory O’Hare recognized on Barron’s Top Financial Advisor List

Gregory J. O’Hare, Managing Director with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, was recently recognized on Barron’s “Top 1,200 Financial Advisors” list. His group, The O'Hare Group, is part of Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group. O’Hare provides financial advice and strategies for ultra-high-net-worth families and businesses. He is responsible for directing investment strategies for his team, including asset allocation, portfolio modeling, and investment evaluation. O’Hare has been at Merrill Lynch since 1989, giving him an in-depth and detailed knowledge of the firm’s capabilities, its global resources and its wide range of offerings. An industry leader, O’Hare was also recently recognized on the Forbes “Best-In-State Wealth Advisors” list.

O’Hare is a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business, with degrees in business finance and marketing. He, along with his wife, Kellie, and daughters, Katie and Emma, and sons, Ryan and Colin, reside in Jupiter Inlet Colony. O’Hare is active in his community, serving as a member of The Ambassadors of Jupiter Medical Center Foundation, Club 100 Charities, and Loggerhead Marine Life Center. A volunteer for the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association, he coaches a number of basketball and soccer teams each year.

Advisors considered for the "Top 1,200 Financial Advisors" ranking have a minimum of seven years financial services experience and have been employed at their current firm for at least one year. Quantitative and qualitative measures used to determine the advisor rankings include: assets under management, revenues generated by advisors for their firms, and the quality of the advisors’ practices.
