Le Colonial’s new Corporate Pastry Chef, Chef Russell Karath, has recently introduced two new dessert items: the Warm Beignets ($15) are a donut lover’s dream, served with soy caramel, strawberry lime confiture and coffee condensed milk, while the Key Lime Crèmeux ($15), with vanilla Chantilly cream, fresh raspberries and lemongrass syrup delivers sweet and sour perfection.

Cornell Café
