Local Merrill Lynch Advisor Receives Top Recognition from Forbes

Barry Mordis, CFP®, a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Boca Raton, was recently recognized on the Forbes "Best-In-State Wealth Advisors" list. Mordis is Senior Vice President in the Mordis Group, a team that offers wealth management for affluent individuals, families and private foundations. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1998 and focuses on the wealth management process, client communication and helping high-net-worth families develop structure and discipline in the handling of their assets by uncovering not just their objectives, but their motivations as well.

Mordis earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from Indiana University in 1992. An active community member, he has been involved in the Rotary Club of Boca Raton/Sunrise for 20 years, serving as president, sergeant-at-arms and assistant district governor. In his free time, Mordis enjoys reading, running and spending time with family. Barry and his wife, Donna, live in Boca Raton with their two children, Haley and Gabrielle.
