Palm Beach Royals, Transworld Launch Youth Pickleball Initiative With Boys & Girls Clubs Teens in Palm Beach

The Palm Beach Royals, one of South Florida’s premier-level Major League Pickleball teams, and Transworld Business Advisors of Florida (Transworld), the largest business brokerage in the world, have teamed up with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County to start the Palm Beach Royals Boys & Girls Clubs Youth Pickleball Initiative.

Presented by Transworld Business Advisors of Florida, the Palm Beach Royals Boys & Girls Clubs Youth Pickleball Initiative will offer monthly clinics led by professional players and staff from the Royals organization. The program will provide teens with hands-on instruction, mentorship opportunities, and access to competitive play.

The first round of clinics will serve more than 70 teens at several Boys & Girls Clubs locations across Palm Beach County, including the Marjorie S. Fisher Boys & Girls Club of West Palm Beach, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delray Beach and Boca Raton, and the Boys & Girls Club of Conniston Middle School in West Palm Bach.

In addition to professional coaching, the program will provide each club with donated pickleball paddles from Transworld Business Advisors of Florida, along with training resources to help staff continue programming after the clinics conclude.

Organizers say the initiative is designed to grow into a long-term community program that expands access to pickleball while encouraging physical activity, teamwork, and confidence among teens.

Pickleball’s accessibility and simple learning curve make it a natural entry point for youth sports programs, organizers said. The initiative will emphasize skill-building, participation, and creating a welcoming environment for teens of all experience levels.

The program also includes plans for a competitive youth tournament this summer, bringing together participants from the clinics for inter-club play.

The Palm Beach Royals are South Florida’s Major League Pickleball team, owned by Hyperspace Ventures and supported by a group of investors that includes Florida Panthers captain Aleksander Barkov, U.S. Open champion Bianca Andreescu, former UNC basketball stars Tyler Hansbrough and Marvin Williams, and Indianapolis Colts Pro Bowler Kenny Moore II.
