Rachel Barzilay named to “Top 1,200 Financial Advisors” list
Barzilay has been recognized by Barron's for the third consecutive year

Rachel Barzilay, CAP®, CFP®, CRPC®, a Managing Director, Wealth Management Advisor and Senior Portfolio Manager with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Boca Raton, was recently recognized on the Barron’s “Top 1,200 Financial Advisors” list for the third consecutive year. Barzilay is a partner in the Barzilay Group, where she works alongside her father Arthur Barzilay, who has been with Merrill Lynch for more than 35 years. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2008 and focuses on advising clients about municipal bonds, retirement and estate planning services, education savings accounts, philanthropic trusts and foundations as well as corporate lending through access to Bank of America, N.A.
An industry leader, Barzilay was recently recognized on the Forbes "Best-In-State Wealth Advisors" list. In addition, she received several recognitions for her work in 2017, including on the Forbes “America’s Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors” list and on Working Mother/SHOOK Research’s “Top Wealth Adviser Moms” list, among others. A Boca Raton resident, Barzilay earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Florida, where she was a dean’s list graduate. In her free time, Barzilay enjoys entertaining family and friends. She and her husband welcomed their first child over the summer, a daughter.
Advisors considered for the "Top 1,200 Financial Advisors" ranking have a minimum of seven years financial services experience and have been employed at their current firm for at least one year. Quantitative and qualitative measures used to determine the advisor rankings include: assets under management, revenues generated by advisors for their firms, and the quality of the advisors’ practices.
