YMCA of the Palm Beaches Welcomes New Aquatic Director, Ryan Cohron

West Palm Beach, FL- The YMCA of the Palm Beaches has announced Ryan Cohron as their new Aquatics Director. He will be overseeing aquatic operations, programming, staff development, and community water safety initiatives.

Prior to joining the YMCA of the Palm Beaches, Ryan held aquatics leadership roles with the YMCA of Greater Seattle and YMCA of South Florida, where he focused heavily on staff development, operational excellence, and expanding access to swim lessons and water safety programming for children and families.

He holds several certifications through the American Red Cross and YMCA of the USA and is passionate about creating safe, welcoming, and high-quality aquatic environments for members of all ages and abilities.
