3 Easy Ways to Improve Your Outer & Inner Beauty

It's simpler than you think to boost your beauty.

1. Eat bright colored fruits and vegetables. They are full of beta-carotene, natures good for you chemicals. When consumed in generous amounts they can help prevent cell damage. Get your glow on, eat 5 fruits and veggies a day.

2. Drink lots of green tea. It’s full of antioxidants which help fight free radicals, you know those little rascals that cause wrinkles.

3. And finally, get a good night sleep. Our body produces a hormone called cortisol in times of stress. Although this is necessary at times, too much of it is not a good thing. Continued stress causes an increase in cortisol production which could lead to issues such as weight gain, higher levels of blood sugar and a weakened immune system. Getting the proper amount of sleep helps to reduce the levels of cortisol. The experts say good=8 hours, so go ahead and get your beauty rest.
