AT&T has compiled a list of mobile apps available to help you stick with your New Year goals.

If you’re like most people, you likely made a New Year’s resolution or two for 2016. According to research from statisticbrain.com, the top resolutions most people make are related to:
· Weight loss
· Self-improvement (exercise, smoking cessation)

But of course, the challenge is sticking to our New Year’s resolutions. Only 8% of people are successful in achieving their resolution, according to statisticbrain.com. Fortunately, there are mobile apps available to help you stick with your goals! Below is a list of some of these apps compiled by AT&T:

Lose It!: This free app for iOS and Android is a calorie tracker that includes category-based goal-making, customizable challenges, a food barcode scanner, optional social links for peer support and a database that includes thousands of restaurant, grocery store, and brand-name foods.
MapMyFitness: Need more motivation to hit the gym? MapMyFitness may help. The free app tracks 600 different types of fitness activities, including running, ballroom dancing and walking the dog. The app also helps you map out jogging routes, record activity, log your food intake and offers a social component so you can get extra encouragement from friends, cheer on your buddies or start a friendly competition. The MapMyFitness app is available for iOS, Android and BlackBerry.
MyQuit Coach (iOS) and Quit Pro (iOS, Android): The LIVESTRONG.COM MyQuit Coach app allows you to design a personalized plan to help you quit smoking. Through this iOS app, you can evaluate your current status, set attainable goals and adjust preferences according to your needs. You have the option to choose to quit smoking right away or gradually decrease your daily nicotine intake. Personalized inspirational photos, motivational tips and progress charts keep you on track while achievement badges reward you for progress. If you have an Android device, you might want to try Quit Pro. This free app helps you quit smoking by monitoring your progress and helping you to understand when, why and where you smoke. The app lets you track your cravings, every cigarette you smoke or resist, the moments of a day or week when temptation is at its peak, triggers that make you want to smoke the most and more.
Mint: If you’re looking to get your finances in order this year, you may want to consider this free money manager app available on iOS, Android and Windows 8 devices. The app pulls all your financial information from difference accounts into one place so you can get the entire picture. It tracks budgets, automatically categorizes your transactions and suggests ways to help you save. It also can send you automatic alerts, like bill reminders.
Lilosieft: No matter what you’re pledging to accomplish in 2016, the free Lift app available on iOS and Android will probably help you reach your goal. This simple app tracks how often you complete tasks that you assign yourself and rewards you with virtual check marks for being consistent.
