Don't forget to take a breather.

Take time out for yourself. You are worth it!

Can you believe that we are already half way through August already? Everyone has such busy schedules. Don't forget to take time out for yourself. Taking a breather is so important to recharge your batteries.

We have to treat our bodies with the utmost respect. Remember how
important you are to your family and friends. I am sure you want to be
able to give them your very best.

Feed your body with food that has the privilege to be consumed by you.
Take time out to enjoy exercise and show your body that you value it.
You are so very important!

I found a great article I wanted to share with you about the most
inspiring olympic moments. Some amazing stories that you will have no

5 great snacks that have around 100 calories.

1. Pretzels and cream cheese- 15 mini pretzel sticks with 2
tablespoons fat free cream cheese.

2. Goldfish- about 40 fishies. Try the cheddar kind.

3. Mini Ham Sandwich- 2 slices of ham/turkey/chicken with 2 teaspoons
of mustard rolled in a lettuce leaf.

4. Hummus and sun dried tomato- 2 teaspoons of hummus. 4 or 5 crackers
of your choice. Try hummus on a cracker with a sun dried tomato on
top. A delicious snack! One of my favorite snacks of all time!

5. Chocolate Hazelnut Crackers-4 wheat Thins dipped in 1 teaspoon of
Nutella (or other hazelnut spread)
