Spa Simple: Delicious DIY Fall Body Scrub

Fall is in the air...well sorta. Time to start fresh with a healthy, hydrating, oh-so delicious body scrub!

Even though we’re in Florida, it’s still that time of year that we start thinking of changing leaves, baking apple pies and going to the pumpkin patch.

With that in mind, here’s a scrumptious and effective body scrub to help shed the last of the summer skin with ingredients right from your pantry.

Mix together:

1 cup pumpkin puree (straight from can) – full of natural enzymes

1 cup brown sugar – contains alpha-hydroxy acids helping which helps to even skin tone

2 tablespoon Vegetable oil – healthy moisturizer

Juice from ½ lemon – natural preservative

While standing in a dry shower (it’s messy), gently apply scrub to entire body, paying more attention to the dryer parts of your body.

Rinse and pat dry.

Feel Fall Fresh!

You can store any unused scrub in an air tight glass jar for up to 3 days.
