Two weekends ago, we ran into a little boy on the sidewalk right off of 4th street in St. Petersburg, who appeared to be 8 years old and he was with his family. He held up a card board sign that he made that read in big dark letters, "FREE HUGS!" I observed the people walking by – and the affect that it had on everyday people was inspiring.

When we went to approach him on the sidewalk, we all gave him a big hug as he willingly hugged hugged each and everyone of us. It made us laugh and smile – a gift that can't be refused.
