County Cracks Down on Illegal Game Fighting Operation
A search warrant was served this morning at the home, which is located just north of Westchase.
Three county agencies are working hand-in-hand to search a home in the Westchase area where it is believed illegal game fighting has been taking place.
According to a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office media release, that agency, code enforcement and animal services are searching a home at 8023 S. Meadowview Circle in relation to game fighting allegations. South Meadowview Circle is located off Sheldon Road, just north of Westchase.
The release was issued just before 10 a.m. today, Feb. 8. It is unclear what type of animals are involved. No other information is available at this time.
