Completely a sham! Over priced for no reason and not easy to do business with. And forget canceling a gift card with them if you don't like them your screwed and stuck! They try to pump up their new hair color line because I guess the white women of westchase don't know any better, wella is one of the cheapest color products available to stylist. I would not recommend to even my worst enemy.
