Celebrity chef, Jose Garces, will bring his five-star culinary skills to the Apron's Cooking School kitchen for a special cooking demonstration and dinner. Hailing from Chicago, Garces is known for his Latin- American style, and his place on the Food Network's hit show "Iron chef America". The instructional seminar will showcase recipes from Garces' book "Latin Evolution", with plenty samples available for the audience. Due to limited seating, reservations are required.
