The Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library invites teens to participate in the Flickr Online Photo Fun seminar. Youth will learn to post their personal photos to the internet using Flickr.com as well as create albums, set permissions and share with friends and family. In addition participants will gain a knowledge of Flickr's built in photo editing tools such as cropping, rotating and color adjusting.
