This festival will feature curry dishes prepared by people from all over the world in order to showcase the varieties of curry cuisines. Countries represented will include the US, India, Africa, Thailand, China, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Canada and England and parts of the Caribbean.
Cooking demonstrations by area chefs will offer guests the full culinary experience of curries with opportunities to eat and learn. Participating vendors, cooking experts and chefs from national and local restaurants will take turns throughout demonstrating their craft. Those entering contests may win prizes up to $5,000.
There will also be live music and a host of children's activities including a bounce house.
