Join Learning Express Toys on Saturday, July 19th at 12 noon for a huge FROZEN party! Queen Elsa, Princess Anna and Olaf will be visiting and available for pictures and autographs. Participants will also enjoy crafts, games, coloring, tattoos and Spin Art t-shirts. This event is FREE and reservations are not necessary.
