Kids in kindergarten through 6th grade can get a free haircut at JCPenney during the month of August for back-to-school.
JCPenney is offering free, back-to-school haircuts for kids during the month of August.
Beginning Aug. 1, kids in kindergarden through 6th grade can walk in, or make an appointment for a free haircut. Walk-in customers will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
