Man Exposed Himself To 2 Girls, Deputies Say
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says there may be more victims.

TAMPA, FL — A 23-year-old Tampa man faces criminal charges after Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies say he exposed himself to two 13-year-old girls along Paula Drive on Tuesday.
According to the agency, Andrew Gustavo Poblete is accused of driving slowly past the two girls with his window rolled down. He exposed himself in a “lewd and lascivious way” as he did, the agency wrote in an email to media.
The girls saw the man’s license plate as he drove away and recorded it, the agency noted. One of the girls told her mother, who contacted law enforcement.

After tracking the plate, detectives went to Poblete’s home and spoke with him. He told detectives he was the only person in the car that day and admitted to being a block away from the incident scene at the time the alleged exposure occurred, the agency noted.
On Thursday, “detectives conducted covert surveillance on the defendant and observed him driving in random circles in the area of Pierce Middle School and Leto High School,” the email said. “As the defendant would approach female juveniles walking on the sidewalk he would thrust his pelvis upward. The females did not appear to notice the defendant and he continued to circle the area in a suspicious manner.”
