Tampa Police Department Displays New Interactive Recruitment Tool at UNCF Black History Month Luncheon
The interactive display allows Tampa Police to connect with prospective police officers, thanks to a contribution from AT&T.

The Tampa Police Department displayed a new recruitment tool at the UNCF Tampa Black History Month Luncheon on Feb. 10.
The interactive display allows the Tampa Police Department to connect with prospective police officers and civilian employees throughout the state, thanks to a contribution from AT&T. The display allows potential applicants to watch attention-grabbing recruitment videos, read job qualifications and view photos that showcase the department’s diverse workforce.
Tampa Police Officer Gig Brown travels throughout Florida to Historically Black Colleges and Universities and career fairs with the display to recruit new officers.
