Think Outside The "Box" For Conference, Meeting, and Seminars

Why not think outside the "box" for your next Conference, Meeting, or Seminar?

Most of our businesses have several gatherings each year.  Annual Conventions, product updates, educational seminars, and more.  Many of our meetings are held in a standard Conference setting - at a hotel, with boxed-off, boring meetings rooms.  For the bigger meetings, we might get lucky and be at a more exotic venue, such as a hotel or resort on a beach, or near a major attraction (think Disney World and Vegas.)

As a business manager or owner, or the person who plans such meetings, you know that these meetings can be costly. Travel, food and beverage, accommodations, room and facility rentals, even AV equipment can all add up.  You will likely need a large group of hotel rooms to even make your meeting feasible from a financial standpoint.

Then you or one of your staff members has to pay the cost of TIME.  You have to research venues, submit requests for proposals, compare venues, negotiate terms, and decide which rooms and menu items will be offered.  This all takes up valuable time that you and your staff could be using to work on your business.

I'd like to share another option with you - the Conference or Meeting on a Cruise Ship. There are a myriad of benefits to hosting your meeting at sea - many you may not have thought of!

Being in Florida means we have access to 5 cruise ports that are within driving distance. No airfare required!  Most major cruise lines will provide your group with FREE meeting space, conference rooms, and AV equipment for a minimum of 8 staterooms. (Most hotels require a minimum of 25-50 rooms before they will add complimentary facility use.)  The food is included on a cruise ship.  Instead a pre-meeting Continental Breakfast for your staff (at $15 - $35 per person), they can have breakfast on the ship. When you break for lunch, you don't need to purchase box lunches - there are always restaurants available with plenty of food options.  Take an ice cream break in the afternoon - it's included!  You can also arrange exclusive group activities, such as welcome aboard cocktail parties; bon voyage parties, etc., all as part of your group benefits.  The majority of these are at no additional cost.

In addition, your staff will actually look FORWARD to your meeting.  Your business activities can be interspersed with fun!  Staff members can even travel with their families. Knowing their families are on board having a great time frees your people up to focus on the work at hand.  Your employees and colleagues will be relaxed and energized, and will bring that to each of your meeting sessions.

The Cruise Ship Conference works for meetings large and small.  I would love the opportunity to meet with you and share all of the benefits of hosting your next meeting at sea!
