Village on the Green Fills Three Key Positions
New Director of Marketing, Health Center Admissions Coordinator and External Business Coordinator to Aid Growth at Senior Living Community
Longwood, Florida - Village on the Green welcomes three new team members to the senior living community, which features nearly 250 independent living apartment homes and a variety of amenities, in addition to offering on-site health services to its more than 300 residents.
Karen Precord is the new director of marketing. She‘s responsible for helping active seniors in Central Florida learn about the benefits of choosing a Life Care community. Precord has ore than 17 years of marketing experience in the field of senior living. She most recently served as director of One Senior Place, a resource center for senior living products and services in Orlando. Prior to that, she worked as the regional director of operations for Senior Partner In-Home Care.
“Karen brings a great deal of experience and expertise in working with older adults and their families,“ says Ansley Holt, executive director of Village on the Green. “We‘re seeing growing demand for senior living options across the country, and Karen will help keep us positioned as an attractive choice for what we‘re seeing in the Orlando area.”

Village on the Green also announces Julie Lidfeldt as the new admissions coordinator of the on-site Health Center. In her position, she oversees the admission process assisting residents and their families with their move to the Health Center.
Lidfeldt has six years of social work experience. She has served in roles as a crisis coordinator, as well as a social service coordinator.

Village on the Green also named Sue Taleb as the senior living community’s new external business coordinator. She’ll be responsible for developing relationships with area hospitals and health care providers to showcase the services, amenities and quality care that the Health Center offers to area seniors.
Prior to working at Village on the Green, Taleb worked for three years as an admissions and marketing director at a skilled nursing provider, where she hosted all community events and helped developed relationships with area physicians.
“Our Health Center is recognized as one of the best in Florida for service excellence and high-quality care,” Said Gail Wattley, Health Center administrator of Village on the Green. “Both Julie and Sue will add to that, and we look forward to them joining our team.”
