GA Companies Ranked Among 'America's Greatest Workplaces' By Newsweek

Here's a look at where companies in the Peach State were ranked on Newsweek's annual list of "America's Greatest Workplaces."

ATLANTA — Georgia-based employers were well represented in Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces 2026" rankings.

Dozens of companies from the Peach State earned four- and five-star ratings across industries ranging from health care and hospitality to finance, technology and retail.

The rankings were compiled by Newsweek and research firm Plant-A Insights Group using employee feedback, workplace culture metrics, compensation data, career development opportunities, work-life balance indicators and other measures of employee satisfaction.

Among Georgia employers, several household names earned the highest five-star distinction, including Chick-fil-A, Delta Air Lines, The Home Depot and UPS.
