ALPHARETTA, GA — Alpharetta's Design Review Board will review new construction for 7 Brew coffee shop Friday, according to the meeting agenda.
Drive-thru coffee shop 7 Brew is operated by Piedmont Beverage Company, which submitted an application for color selection, new construction and material selection in June.
The restaurant is set to open at 11378 State Bridge Road, according to the application.
Approval of the 7 Brew property could come with conditions. The review board will get the final approval on multiple aspects of the property.
In Georgia, 7 Brew operates 36 shops. Locations include Athens, Buford, Kennesaw, Lilburn, Mableton, Lawrenceville and Snellville.
Alpharetta's neighbor, Milton, hosts a 7 Brew at 12875 Hwy. 9.
In addition to a variety of coffees, 7 Brew serves fizz sodas, shakes, smoothies, lemonades, teas, matcha, chai and energy drinks. A rewards program and app are available.
The review board's public hearing will be held at 8:30 a.m. Friday in council chambers at Alpharetta City Hall, 2 Park Plaza.
