Burglar Caught Running Away From Scene

A man was arrested for burglary Friday after residents woke to a disturbance, according to an Athens-Clarke County Police press release.Â
The residents told police they woke to find a man in the house. After the residents called 911, the man fled. A nearby lawn maintenance worker pointed police in the right direction.Â
After a short chase, Anthony Maurice was arrested and charged with burglary.
