Drum Set, Washer/Dryer, Video Game Player Stolen in Burglaries

A Victory Estates Drive residence was burglarized between 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. on July 30. A drum set with cases valued at $700 was stolen. The property owner advised a white male entered the residence and told her he was there to get the items. He was described as tall with a medium build.
An Oak Hill Drive resident said she was in the process of moving from a Rustwood Drive residence. When she returned to the residence on July 30, she discovered a washer and dryer valued at $1,000 had been stolen. This occurred between 9 a.m. July 28 and 1 p.m. July 30.
A Lake Drive residence was burglarized between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. July 30 . A video game console with controller was stolen. The value was $345.
