Center for Active Living - Tai Chi for Fun & Good Health

These easy to learn, low impact movements can help reduce stress, prevent falls by improving balance, and allow us to feel calm in the midst of activity. This class provides a quiet and peaceful way to enhance your mind-body connection and cultivate tranquility.

This class is $3 for CAL members. Pre-registration is required. Call (706) 549-4850 to sign up for the class and to sign up for CAL (Center for Active Learning). CAL requires a $25 annual membership fee.
