ATLANTA, GA — A sex trafficking suspect on Fulton County's Top 10 Most Wanted list has been arrested, the local sheriff's office said Saturday.
Authorities arrested James Anthony Zachery without incident Friday afternoon in Decatur, the Fulton County Sheriff's Office said.
Zachery was accused of raping and sodomizing a 10-year-old child, authorities said.
He faces charges of rape, aggravated sodomy-commit sodomy with force and against persons will or person is less than 10 years of age, trafficking a person for sexual servitude and solicitation of sodomy under 18 years of age, authorities said.
"The (Strategic Enforcement Unit) fugitive team did an outstanding job executing this operation and safely apprehending James Anthony Zachery," Fulton County Sheriff Patrick "Pat" Labat said in a news release. "This is a prime example of the ongoing efforts to strengthen our fugitive apprehension teams."
Zachery is currently being held at the Fulton County jail without a bond, authorities said.
