Four new restaurants will soon open, and a fifth known eatery is reportedly rebuilding after a disastrous fire.
Asian inspirations, an Italian ice-forward menu and eclectic styles will form five of Georgia's latest restaurants.

"NoriFish is a chef-driven sushi concept that blends omakase tradition with a modern, shareable approach to dining. Rooted in precision and quality, NoriFish offers a refined yet approachable take on contemporary sushi," read the Ponce City Market's website.

"I've always believed you can respect Japanese tradition while still finding ways to make it your own," Co-founder and Chef Sean Park said in a news release sent to Patch. "That's really what these two concepts represent. NoriFish is our expression of sushi, and Okiboru is our take on ramen and tsukemen. We've spent years refining both, and we're excited to finally share them together at Ponce City Market."

Where: 3030 Johnson Ferry Road (a rebuild and relocation after a fire)

Hours of operation: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the soft opening, which will be held from Sept. 1-5.
