Is the Bethlehem Area at 316 and 81 the 'New Winder'?

There's no doubt the area around the intersection of Ga. highways 316 and 81 is growing and is ripe for even more development. 

The Barrow Crossing shopping center is well-established with a supermarket, a store and other retailers. attracts movie-goers to the area, and is always a popular choice for dining. 

But is this area the "new Winder"? 

The reports several businesses will open in a 14,000-square-foot planned retail center — Gateway Station — near the theater, including a sports bar, a pizza place and a music “listening room” offering live performances.
