3 Arrested, 2 Dead In Gang Shooting In Brookhaven
Two teenagers and a man face charges after a rival gang shooting killed two people recently in Brookhaven, police say.
BROOKHAVEN, GA — Three people, including two teenagers, have been arrested in connection with a deadly gang shooting that recently killed two people, Brookhaven Police said Sunday.
Gunfire erupted during a rival gang shooting around 11:15 p.m., March 22, in the 1300 block of North Cliff Valley Way in Brookhaven, police said.
The shooting killed a 17-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man, police said. Authorities have not identified the deceased.

"The fatal confrontation was the result of a deliberate attack carried out by rival street gang members," police said.
Officers arrested Alexander Galvez Hernandez, 20, and Kenner Davila-Meza, 17, on Friday in Colquitt County and Jaciel Ozuna-Valente, 17, on Saturday in Brookhaven, police said.

Both Hernandez and Davila-Meza face charges of malice murder, felony murder, violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, police said.
Ozuna-Valente faces charges of possession of a pistol or revolver by a person under 18 years of age, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal, police said.
The investigation remains active, police said.
