Unlicensed Massage Therapist Arrested At Brookhaven Parlor, Police Say

The owner of the parlor was also arrested after being accused of illegally employing an unlicensed massage therapist in Brookhaven.

BROOKHAVEN, GA — Police say they have arrested two people after it was determined one of them was working as an unlicensed massage therapist in Brookhaven.

Officers responded to a massage parlor on June 21 in the 2400 block of Briarcliff Road after receiving a complaint, Brookhaven Police said.

Investigators determined Chunlei Wang, 65, was practicing massage therapy without a current license, police said.

Yun Pan, 47, the owner of the business, was also arrested after being accused of illegally employing Wang, police said.

Wang on July 10 was arrested on charges of unlawful practice of massage therapy without a current or provisional license, police said.

Four days later, Pan was arrested on charges of unlawful employment of an unlicensed massage therapist, police said.

"To protect its integrity and the privacy of those involved, no additional details are being released at this time," police said in a news release.
