Be Armed, Georgia Business Owner Tells Employees
After its employees get a concealed carry license, Lance Toland Associates gives them a gun known as "the Judge."

Lance Toland Associates, an aircraft risk management and insurance agency with offices at Peachtree-DeKalb Airport, is requiring its employees to get a concealed carry license.
After they are licensed, the company gives each employee a handgun known as "the judge," a handgun that uses both .45 caliber bullets and .410 shotgun shells.
Toland, whose headquarters are in Griffin, GA, told Channel 2 Action News that all of his employees have the weapon in their desk drawers or on their person.

He took the step out of concern for his employees, and after reading and hearing about violent crime in metro Atlanta.
Besides Chamblee and Griffin, Toland also has an office in St. Simon's.
