The Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce is looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to join our team as Membership Director.

As the primary lead for our membership efforts, this individual will play a crucial role in strengthening the Brookhaven business community. We are looking for a relationship-builder who can effectively communicate the value of the Chamber to prospective members while fostering deep connections with our current ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Actively identifying and recruiting new businesses to join the Chamber.
• Retention: Building strong relationships with current members to ensure they are getting the most out of their membership.
• Strategy: Developing initiatives to increase overall member engagement and value.
