Brookhaven Councilman Was in Paris During Attacks

Brookhaven District 4 city councilman Joe Gebbia was vacationing in Paris last week when the ISIS terror attacks took place.

Gebbia told CBS46 Atlanta that he and his wife were in a group that was locked down for about 18 hours after the attacks.

“We didn’t know if the terrorists were killed, we didn’t know if they were still out, if there were more attacks planned,” Gebbia said. “We all stayed in the apartment and we ended up making make-shift beds and very few people ventured out.”

Gebbia also said he looks forward to returning to the city of lights.
