Brookhaven District 3 Councilwoman Simmons Will Host A Virtual Town Hall On Jan. 25

This month’s town hall will be virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines. In addition to district updates, the town hall will also feature a discussion with outgoing District 4 Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem Joe Gebbia who is one of the founders of Brookhaven and an original member of the Brookhaven City Council. It will be held Monday, Jan. 25, from 6 to 7 p.m. via video conference, and will be broadcast on Facebook Live on the City’s Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/BrookhavenGAgov.

“In addition to District 3 updates, please join me and Councilman Joe Gebbia for a lively discussion,” said Councilwoman Simmons. “Upon learning Councilman Gebbia was not seeking re-election, I of course wanted him to join my town hall so we could thank him for his years of service, take a special look back at all that has been achieved during his time in office, and learn about the goals he has for our City in 2021.”

The public will be able to weigh in, ask questions and interact by typing comments into the Facebook Live comment section, or sending an email to PublicComment@BrookhavenGA.gov. In addition, another method to interact is joining the Zoom meeting by clicking the following link:
